Jane is co-chair of the ICF Career Coaching SIG, is a past president of First Coast Coaches, a chartered chapter of the International Coach Federation, a past president of Florida First Coast ISPI, and a member of the Greater Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce. She earned a Sociology degree from Jacksonville University, an MA in Business & Personnel Counseling and an MBA from the University of North Florida and is a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming. At the 6th Annual Moving Boundaries conference in Portland, OR, she presented her experience using the Singer Loomis Type Deployment Inventory SL-TDI in a “Low Tech Environment.” This was a casestudy of a consulting project with a cement pipe plant in rural Florida where the SLTDI was used to build a supervisory workgroup that had never worked together before.
Jane is a Senior Consultant with on large career transition projects. She coaches downsized autoworkers, military spouses, pharmaceutical sales representatives, engineers and IT professionals. In 2008 she was selected to be a team leader of 16 career coaches on the 2008 automotive workers project. Since 2009 she mentors new consultants in addition to her coaching responsibilities.
